I really tried to like what they did after Until Your Heart Stops, but could not. The post-rock-whatever-pop from Jupiter turned me off completely and I never listened to the following albums. Am I wrong? Now these early releases are quite the killer stuff if you like modern hardcore, aka Slayer riffs swimming in a sea of NYHC-inspired compositions minus the tough guy thing, plus some dubious clean singing. One might feel here a Converge vibe and some Dillinger Escape Plan ingredients without the über complexity - this is "metalcore" as we used to say 3 decades ago, although this term has now become a degrading tag for impossible bands. Until Your Heart Stops is the ripper! Remove brackets and unzip: [beyond Gretax] !ZER Cave In ZER!
