Facedowninshit has a lot in common with Eyehategod, with a stronger tendency to accelerate and burst out in thrash, especially on the amazing first album. I almost never listen to the second album which is a little weak, then the third album brings back high consumption of Facedowninshit for it is a killer rendition of the EHG sound. Not a lot of originality here, but twelve tons of energy and brutality with the skin-pealing kind of sonic attacks we learned to love in the early 90s: very dense sound, great groove, heaviness as a way of life and blood everywhere.
