Malicious Intent - Shades Of Black,
1989 Vinyl LP Resistance Recordz - RDR12-20 Fast raw thrash metal always feeds the hog. With such a band name, one can't help expecting a major Razor influence, but the thrashonaut actually ends up in some DMZ between Slaughter and Recipients Of Death with a couple of timid Voïvod riffs. This album is competent and energetic but does not stimulates as much as the underground classics from the same era. It remains however a great trip to the past and an excellent addition to any respectable thrashotheque, it shall bang that head!
