Thanks!
ReplyDeleteZER!
ReplyDeleteDan Lilker is the Godfather of Extreme Crossover! Everything that man touched is gold! That man deserves his own "Greatest Hits" with a song from each project he was involved in!
ReplyDeleteThank you for another excellent collection! And especially thank you for including the 2 Spazztic Blurr splits!
I don't know why, ... but every time I see MOSH CD I get euphoric!
By any chance do you have the DEATH/DOOM Classic Slumber – Fallout https://www.discogs.com/release/422932-Slumber-Fallout? I lost my copy!
ReplyDeleteTry this.
DeletePure accidentaly here looking for first album of brutal truth, and here we have Slumber, just magnificent album. thnx a lot.
DeleteAlso, in your opinion, what is the best melodic Death/Doom Metal Album of all time. I love Mourning Beloveth – The Sullen Sulcus; Katatonia – Brave Murder Day; Anathema – The Silent Enigma ... I'm looking for something with the melodic sensibility of Candlemass, but with the heaviness of the aforementioned albums.
ReplyDeleteThe Church favorites in the realm of melodic doom death are Temple Of Void, Esoteric, My Dying Bride, early Paradise Lost, Jupiterian, Consecration, Assumption, Hodded Menace, early Kuolemanlaakso, Mindrot, and a host of funeral doom bands like Skepticism, Un, Eye Of Solitude, Ataraxie that have that melodic side.
DeleteHere is a list of great names of doom in various sub styles
thank you! that helps a lot!!!
