Absu - The Temples Of Offal / Return Of The Ancients, 2015 Vinyl LP Compilation The Crypt - CRYPT 57 demo 1991 + 7'' 1992 Plague of the super black death! Absu have remained in the EZTT / death & black metal dept. for over two decades and a half because they know how to do it right - I mean, perfectly. From the early brutalosaurus death metal beginnings for fans of Prophecy of Doom, Nuclear Death or that mythical first Bolt Thrower album to the mid-90s epic black metal with a Sodom touch to the 00's fusion of black and lightning-fast thrash metal, Absu simply dominate the craft of metal making. The last three albums from Tara on are unbelievably great, both technically and musically: surgical blackness and catchy songs that stick to the neuron, blast the head and energize the spirit, what else does the ape need? Absolutely Absu! Remove brackets and unzip: [absolutizer] !ZER Absu ZER! |
