Dead End generated five star hard-rocking pop-infused heavy metal of the golden sort, except maybe for album #4 Zero which may be a little too much on the pop side for the Church. However its songs on the fantastic double live album are just great. Then there was a silence of 20 years, after which the best two albums were released: melodic darkness, writing, execution are just amazing.
