No Spiritual Surrender is the sole EP of that heavy hardcore band that was fronted by the Rage Against The Machine singer. Six songs of metallized NYHC-sounding solid intensity with a Swiz | Crown Of Thornz vibe, nothing original but very well done. The other three entries are from a different Inside Out, a female trio that managed to bring together the good side of the grungy thing with some of the drive of Rhythm Pigs or even Victims Family (especially that amazing Nose EP).
