The Dead develop their own signature through memorable riff that crush as much as they haunt and stick to your brain. Not-infrequent bursts of black speed augment the dynamics of morbid death, but never leaving the cemeteries of total doom. The blend of the crawling morbidity that can also be found in Temple Of Void or early Hooded Menace, with the psychedelic macerations of funeral doom, gives that dystopian-fate flavor to the atavistic doom of The Dead.
