Using the blueprints laid out by Attitude Adjustment | Verbal Abuse | Beowulf, Aversion augment the tension - fast picking, endless double-bass, rapid shouts - and bang your head full speed ahead with all these catchy songs. Quite superior to the new DRI EP if you ask me, proof being Fit To Be Tied, the most murderous snake of the trio. Aversion's name could probably have become much bigger had they surfaced five years earlier, but by 1990 fusion/funk metal, death metal and grunge were all the rage.
