Sudden Death - Sudden Death,
1987 Cassette Numbered Not On Label - none This is a reload of the Phobia demo posted in 2016, but it is also not a reload. How can such an extraordinary claim be valid? Is it Schrödinger's post? Once upon a time in a decade far far away, there was a band from Lyon called Sudden Death, and there was a band from Grenoble called Phobia. Both played a variation of the crossover thrash metallist genre, and at one point, they merged as Phobia. Before the merge, Sudden Death had released the demo presented today (with Phobia's vocalist as guest). After the merge, the tape was re-released as Phobia with the title "Sudden Death". Today's post is a rip of the SD version, while the rip from 2016 was made from the Phobia version - two rips from two distinct tapes containing the same music. Completist enough? Zer? If the above is wrong, correct me with the actual story. For those who haunted the 80's, the singer on this demo is Gérard M. who used to co-run the excellent Bunker records label, store & mail order, in whose general direction much of my personal funds were funneled for my best satisfaction. Zer - Thanks for this obscure upload, from a world that no longer exists. I dig the details.
