Massacre

Tyrants Of Death (demos & live), 1986 (2006 release)
The Second Coming (demo), 1990
From Beyond + Inhuman Condition 12", 1991/1992 FIXED
Promise, 1996
In the company of Possessed, Death and Onslaught, Massacre highly contributed to the ignition of death metal. Their discography is killer from start to finish, because yes let's be blasphemous again, I am completely into Promise, the thing with more Paradise Lost and Prong than expected, that you were supposed to hate back then. I find this album amazing, indeed. Anyway Cronos sings on the Warhead remake featured on Inhuman Condition, armaggeddon!
CD rip.

Tyrants Of Death contains:
Tracks 1-4 from the "Chamber Of Ages" demo, released in 1986
Track 5 is an unreleased instrumental recorded during the "Chamber Of Ages" sessions
Tracks 6-8 from the "Aggressive Tyrant" demo, also released in 1986
Tracks 9-14 recorded live on 25 May 1986 at Rock City, Tampa
Track 15 is a live bonus track and has a two minute pause before starting off

  1. I've always been curious about this band. What would be the best album to get acquainted with? Whats the best LP to start with? Their demos or the first LP?
    Lemme know

  3. Great post! I had the From Beyond tape in high school, and I remember I had to exchange it 3 times because it sounded like it was recorded over another album. Anyway, good times listening to this in the car.
