I do not know the name of that band, but their power to prolong the classic Japanese hardcore thrash sound is amazing and this is exactly the kind of album you want to hear when you need fresh blood with the old style. I do not know Japanese either, but band name reads Totsugeki Sensha, according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FW79aXEqw6Y. Another gem on this site. Thanks!
