Can't Decide was the "melodic hardcore" experiment of the dudes from Ripcord, and it's pretty solid stuff in the general direction of Dag Nasty or Snuff, with a more primitive "we were thrashing like mad just before" declination. When in need of the cream of melodic rocking zer, I'd rather listen to Scream, but between two Heresy records, Can't Decide is a good decision. !ZER Can't Decide ZER!
