DeleteGreat post, thank you. Never liked Yes. Never liked prog in general. But to my ear, "Going for the One" is a great rock tune. Wigged out slide guitar, tumbling melody, a killer track.
ReplyDeleteYeah, prog can be annoying, but Yes I like a lot, I love these old albums, and I hate all I've heard from them since 1980. Yes is the band that made me uninterested in Pink Floyd.
