Gruel offer an excellent listening experience full of crisp melodies and heavy dynamics. Gruel rule! Note about Phobia: this is not the US grindcore band but the French crossover act lead by Gérard from NegFX & Bunker Records, the legendary heaven of French hardcore records gluttons. CCM's drummer recorded Phobia's drum tracks on this split LP.
