It seems appropriate to counterbalance the primitiveness of the previous post with the sophistication of the grand masters of death metal. No introduction necessary, this is the stuff of legends, and so on. Everything shines from exposure to the eternal black light of Morbid Angel and every meat melts under the pressure of the almighty riffs. I worship everything they have released. I am among the very few fans of the very much hated Illud album. I love it and all is well in the morbidverse! And the new Kingdoms is simply one of the best releases of 2017! Deathlleluyah! I second your Illud Divinum Insanus love.
I bought the songs from this bandcamp page, but at the time of this post there was no entry for the FLAC version on the discogs page (and I was too lazy to create it), which only had the LP entry. So this is not a vinyl rip, it is a bandcamp duplication.

ReplyDeleteI bought the vinyl and the DVD before it; I wanted the bandcamp version, but figured I'd paid enough for this recording already, and Earache offered nothing about the source (master tape or stripped from the DVD).
Listening (with headphones) to your upload, I can hear vinyl surface noise and rotations. Check 'Visions From The Dark Side' into 'Maze Of Torment' for a clear example.
So, Earache sold a vinyl rip.

As for the custom tags, some like SOURCE, CATALOG, COPYRIGHT etc. are added by my process - value taken from the Discogs page, while others like RIPPING TOOL or MEDIA were there already (I do not erase them).
