From heavy metal to thrashing death to heavy metal again! The early demos and albums delivered great or awesome heavy metal from the general direction of Judas Priest in its heaviest form - fans of Metal Church, Znöwhite and Exciter take note. Under The Spell is one monument of crunchy, pure 80s metal bordering on the speed metal. Then for the next three releases... they steered towards total thrash metal, to the level of Dark Angel and Sadus - this era culminated with the incredible Morbid Reality, an album the true thrasher cannot afford not to take in his desert-island emergency kit. Then nothing for a million years, and pouf, they reappeared in 2013 with a couple of amazing demos (featured on the superb Under The Spell/No Escape reissue) and the newest Wrath Of The Reaper. This comeback is a return in full speed metal glory. Not the rabid thrash attacks of 1988/1991, more in the continuation of Under The Spell with a heavier, more modern approach. Fans of the recent output from Helstar, Metal Church and Jag Panzer salivate already. Zero defect discography! Heavy metal will never die! Thrash til zer and fist in the air!
