Profane Order - Slave Morality, 2019 CD Album      Krucyator Productions - KP027 Québec is a voluptuous and unrelenting source of death metal, it is as much a tradition here as in Sweden. For a while, beyond the classics like 90s Gorguts and Cryptopsy, my favorites purveyors of deathness have been Oath Div. 666, Outre Tombe, Phobocosm or Saccage and a couple of others. But nowadays my meat informs the universe that the top seat is occupied by the very evil Profane Order. Their first release is a revival of the late 80s sound of Atavistic, Grave and Righteous Pigs: fast, crude, raw, rough, merciless and headbanging. The following two releases enlarge that panorama: faster, blacker, even less compromising, fully visiting the territories of war metal while not sacrificing the catchy element in the riffs. This is as hostile as entertaining if you like it deep, fast and hard. No tech-death here, no tortuous structures, only straight forward attacks of the senses from the largest caverns of obliteration in disgust. Awesome triplazering for your inner mad butcher!
