The first album is a bomb a complex thrashing death of Sepultura and early Morbid Angel from the 80s. Then things advance seriously and higher sophistication is attained on the immense Transfigured, only confirmed with that masterpiece of a killing machine Void Of Unending Depths. The Church can only praise that black star recalling the evil twists of Pestilence, StarGazer, Brutality, Immolation, with visits to Artificial Brain, Anachronism, or Ulcerate, just warmer. This is top class virtuoso death metal that never sacrifices quality headbanging nor sonic flow for the sake of complexity. The live recording proves how good they are.
