Sounds interesting but I have not read the book yet, I have no idea if it's great or a piece of crap (and I have not read anything else by the author). Try it out for yourself and let me know before I start reading if it's worth processing the 315 pages. Anyway, a book featuring MDC and Brutal Truth can't be entirely bad! Zer! I wrote this book to prove that no answer is ever “the answer,” and that all of us – no matter our vocation – are part of something larger then we might ever consider. My entire life I’ve been a nobody, underdog freak. From the moment I discovered the underground, my quest has been that of finding a way to unite us all. “THE BIG SHINY PRISON” is my ultimate thesis.

Readers may be horrifically alienated/insulted by the views of some in this book. I endorse none but my own, and I think it’s fairly obvious where I stand. Anyone who knows me well enough realize that if I “explain the joke” then the jokes not funny. In “BSP,” I am relegated to the status of a ping-pong ball gathering information. Chateaux

young blood 7", 1982 chained and desperate, 1983 firepower, 1984 highly strung, 1985 The mere sight of the acronym NWOBHM has a tendency to increase the blood flow in my dick. Chateaux embodies all the best aspects of NWOBHM, so just imagine the end result! "Chained and desperate" is a superior masterpiece of Dio | Led Zeppelin rocking heavy metal that deserved to sell millions of copies (with the super great Steve Grimmett on vocals, also from Grim Reaper, Onslaught etc.). A fantastic record I've put on the same pedestal - or slightly higher - as the first albums of Iron Maiden, Dio or Saxon for over a quarter of a century. Totally killer hard rock ! The following two records incorporate the heavier influences of Raven | Motörhead and bang your head against the burning wall of fire with unforgettable bang-your-head-against-the-burning-wall-of-fire songs. I guess Chateaux never became superstars because their moniker pretty much sucked (Castles ? Zer ?), their logo was yellow in bad 3D, their cover art had strange colors and they did not have Derek Riggs to draw female monsters for them. Other than that, they should have buried Iron Maiden. Chateaux is the cream of the cream of the NWOBHM among Raven, Satan, Avenger, Tysondog, Saxon and Grim Reaper, LONG LIVE THE OLD GUARD OF NWOBHM ZERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!R!R!R!R !R!R!R!R!R ! R!
