Trauma - Scratch And Scream, 1984 Vinyl LP Album      Shrapnel Records - SH-1017 The hype around this album was pretty intense: Trauma was the band that Cliff Burton was playing in before joining you-know-who. Upon first listen, I was expecting something heavier, more killemallesque. But the initial disappointment vanished quickly because this is an excellent speed metal album. Maybe not at the level of Exciter, Abattoir or Agent Steel, but close. Laaz Rockit fans can only love it. It is more than a mere comet in heavy metal sky, it is a brilliant star in Zer City's Speed Metal panorama. PS1: I am unable to find a copy of the Blitzkrieg CD "The Mists of Avalon".
