That brand new Abyss is another fine cavern of classic, doomy death metal with a layer of their trademark illegal riffs. This band owns its signature. Now this new cavern is cleaner and more polished than their previous dwellings, even if its content is as ugly and menacing as ever: the risk with better, larger production is to lose a few points in barbarity.
