Planned for posting anyway, because the newest album by these expert thrashsmiths warrants a complete tribute. Unpredictable is less "experimental" than the incredible Shi, it is a return to their ancestral thrashification while retaining some of the Shi vibe. It is some sort of metal perfection when you crave the Japanese trademark. Even the non-addict should really bend an aural conduit in ShellShock's general direction. It sounds like a waste of meat time not too listen to Fiel Lärm, Shi or Unpredictable on a weekly basis, even if only remotely interested in thrash metal - there is much more here, they smirk from the cracks of the failed marriage of Voïvod and Nuclear Assault in the twelfth dimension. This is the trinity of triplazering foreverizer in the zeriverse! Remove brackets and unzip: [zershock] !ZER Shellshock ZER! |
